MU: Origin Second Closed Beta Will Start on March 4th, Sign up Now for Second Beta

MU: Origin’s second Closed Beta registration has begun, both iOS and Android will be available with cross-platform play.

WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of free-to-play games, announced today that the second Closed Beta for its mobile MMORPG MU: Origin will start on Android and the iOS platforms onthe 4th of March, 2016 (UTC).

Starting from today, WEBZEN is now taking registrations for the second Closed Beta Test, which runs for 3 days from March 4, through to March 6, 2016 (UTC). All Android and iOS phone or tablet users with an active WEBZEN account can freely sign-up for the second Beta Test on the official MU: Origin website at: http://muorigin.webzen.com/ , and selected tester will receive an e-mail with further information before the Beta Test begins.

In addition, all beta testers across Android and iOS will be able to play together in real time, while supporting cross-platform multiplayer.

MU: Origin is an upcoming mobile MMORPG, successfully transferred Full 3D PC MMORPG MU ONLINE's enormous amount of contents and applied the latest mobile game trends: the game system and user interface which are optimized to mobile devices, and the splendid graphics. MU: Origin allows players to experience a full 3D PC quality real-time MMORPG on their mobile device.

After the first Closed Beta Test in January, MU: Origin is finally getting ready to go into its second Beta for both Android and iOS phone or tablet users. According to the first CBT questionnaire responses, so many beta testers are excited about the arrival of MU: Origin with a full-sized MMORPG that comes with a lot features and stunning graphics even on their mobile devices.

Since MU: Origin officially launched in Korea, April 2015, MU: Origin still has a significant number of registered players, with more than 120 million accounts in China, and more than 2 million downloads on Google Play Store only in Korea. Amongst many mobile games in the markets, the game has been in the top-tier position in both two countries.

Full launch of the game is currently slated for spring 2016 in the west, as well as expansion into other platforms including iOS, Android and more.
