Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia today announced Tales of Eternia Remastered as the latest title in the Tales of Remastered Project. The beloved action RPG will be available on 15 October 2026 for Nintendo Switch™ 2, Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S and on 16 October 2026 for PC via Steam®*.

Originally released as one of the most iconic entries in the Tales of series, Tales of Eternia Remastered invites players to experience an epic adventure set across two divided worlds, Inferia and Celestia. The story follows Reid Hershel and his childhood friend Farah Oersted, whose lives change when they encounter a mysterious girl named Meredy. As they strive to communicate with the girl, who speaks an unknown language, they discover a catastrophic event known as the “Grand Fall”, a collision that threatens the very existence of both worlds.
This remastered edition delivers the same emotional storytelling and fast-paced gameplay that fans remember, enhanced with modern improvements. Players will engage in dynamic combat through the Aggressive Linear Motion Battle System, chaining powerful Artes and coordinating with party members to overcome enemies in fast-paced 2D battles.
