Where are the Valkyries?

Spike Chunsoft shared a brand new trailer for Exist Archive, an action-RPG game from the collaboration between Spike Chunsoft and tri-Ace for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. A game that combines a multitude of features from traditional RPG's to action-RPG's.

Exist Archive's world is pretty much ventured in a 2.5D environment, where you can interact with various objects and freeze enemies to use them as platforms.

The game features the “Active Chain Battle” system from the Valkyrie Profile series, a series of games made by tri-Ace, where each action button corresponds to the action that your party member will take.The game also introduces the "Attack Rotation" feature where you can strategically place your characters to advantageous positions and more.

Characters can choose from a variety of Classes such as; Close Range, Long Range, and Magic-type classes. Each character can learn new skills by bonding with each other, and a neat feature called "Mix Up" will allow you to learn new skills.

A unique feature called "Demon's Creed" will make characters pull-off powerful skills in battle, buffs such as drop rate and bonus rate will trigger while on this state. In addition to this, you can also use Demon's Creed outside of battle to increase the walking speed, but doing so will increase your chances of having "Chain Encounters," where you are mandated to fight against a horde of monsters.

Exist Archive arrives on December 17, 2015 for both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan.
